From the moment we arrived, the warm smiles of the staff made us feel right at home. The beach was pristine, and we enjoyed every moment under the sun.

However, the breakfast left much to be desired. Some items were cold or stale, and the lack of engagement from the waitstaff was a letdown for such a premium location.

Our three-night stay was incredible! The suite featured stunning ocean views, while the food at Just Tacos was delightful. Special thanks to Kadejah for her attention to detail and the warm welcome we received upon arrival. Don’t miss out on the sunset from the infinity bar!

The staff surprised us with a birthday cake and balloons, making our celebration unforgettable. The personal concierge, Kadejah, provided exceptional assistance throughout our stay.

This was just an appropriate option for a stopover in Grace Bay, all in all brilliant value for money. The concierge team was super helpful in sorting out our dinner reservations and made great recommendations on where to eat. Try to book your excursions early in your stay to get the best options.

I had a great experience at a resort where I enjoyed breakfast outdoors every morning. The buffet offered a good variety, and the staff was friendly, always refilling my coffee. A highlight was the taco stand on the beach, where I savored some delicious food while soaking in the sun. Being an art historian, I appreciated how the hotel embraced its surroundings and provided a lovely, inviting atmosphere.

I also felt that a hotel shop would be helpful for quick snacks.

We stayed 5 nights in the Villas Luxury Two-Bedroom Suite. The breakfast selection was vast, featuring fresh fruits, meats, and custom omelets. The concierge surprised us with wine and cheese for my retirement. The room was clean and well-stocked with bottled water. 🥂

This place has stunning grounds and an adults-only pool that the whole family enjoyed! The staff were super friendly, and we loved that they surprised us with a cake for my wife's birthday. The kids enjoyed the beach area and the view from our suite was spectacular.

My children wanted a kids' club for more activities.

The view from the room was breathtaking, offering the best scenery I've experienced on the island. The breakfast buffet deserves special mention, featuring a wide range of gourmet salads, custom-made coffees, and delicious omelets. Unfortunately, I encountered several maintenance issues, including a leaking ceiling and a malfunctioning safe that took hours to resolve. The noise from the room above was disruptive during early mornings, impacting our overall comfort.

i’ve stayed nearby before, but this experience surpassed all my expectations. the concierges were incredibly attentive, and our meals featured an amazing variety of fresh dishes. the view from our deluxe junior suite was stunning, providing a vibrant glimpse of the turquoise waters each morning.

The fitness classes were enjoyable, and the friendly staff made us feel welcome. Beach chairs were always available, which was a plus. We also loved the themed dinner nights offered throughout the week.
